You will find serenity at this Monterey A401 condominium located in beautiful Seacrest Beach on Highway 30a (one and a quarter mile west of Rosemary Beach and approximately four miles east of Seaside). It is facing the Gulf of Mexico where sugary beaches are kissed by the Emerald coast waters. It is a small 24 condo development with three buildings and a community pool. There is an elevator located in each building. The 30a bike path is right out front so you can enjoy the area the most scenic way. Bike over to Alys, Inlet and Rosemary Beach for concerts, coffee shops, restaurants and shops.

 This Monterey condominium is located in a gated Gulf front complex featuring a three bedroom/three bath floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a private balcony for enjoying in the spectacular Gulf of Mexico views.
